Cool Music similar to Emancipator?

Anyone know of any artist similar to Emancipator?

I just love how "relaxed" his songs are and how they evolve. Like his song "first snow".

Any tips would be great!

Cheers! // Playgu

A lot of Emancipator's material is almost indistinguishable from Bonobo's.
Especially Bonobo's older less collaborative / less vocal albums.

You'd probably enjoy Frenic a lot too, a bit more energetic most of the time, though, and with a bit of turntablism thrown in.

That Sinewave tune reminded me of this:

Not sure if you've ever heard Tangerine Dream, but they have a lot of material to pore through.

Emancipator's "First Snow" is a great song, and I can see where you're looking to go with that sound. The Sinewave tune has a similar vibe, but it isn't as evolving/layered. Try some Blackmill, maybe. His stuff isn't as evolving as Emancipator's either, but it does have layers to it. It's kind of the same relaxed vibe, but it has more movement and is harsher in tone (dubstep-like), which may not be for everyone.

Plankton, you may like the vid.
