Definitely still need to claim a copy of Narkopop. It's one of his strongest works.

Read about the Art of Chill series in AmbientMusicGuides A-Z Essential Albums list. Art Of Chill 3 (2006) was compiled by System 7, and Art Of Chill 4 (2007) by Alex Paterson which was described as being, "hands-down the best thing he's put his name to since The Orb's glory days of the early 90's."

I was seriously disappointed by the entire Cafe Del Mar catalog, which sounded like "fake" or generic ambient music and hope that Art of Chill has some more chops. The only ambient compilation series I've really been satisfied with to date is Wolfgang Voigt's 19-volume Pop Ambient series. (I had the same difficulty with Thievery Corporation, to be honest.)

Picked up the six 2CD volumes of Art of Chill last night. We'll see how it goes.

Tonolec - Tonolec (2005)

The debut album from Argentine electronic duo "Tonolec"

Their music has evolved beyond the electronic realm since this album was released but they still keep their toes in it a bit.

Le Parody - Porvenir (2019)

Porvenir

The third album from Sole Parody out of Madrid, Spain. Mostly a solo artist, she releases her albums under the name "Le Parody" and occasionally performs live with a bass player and/or trumpet player.
