New musician in the 'Dance' genre..
Hi guys,
I'm thinking of buying some equipment for myself to start up making my own sound/beats etc and i wanted to know what i should go for? Some of my influences are Disclosure, Bondax, Julio Bashmore, Flume etc.. etc... I've been looking at Korg gear and i've come across Korg Microkorg and Korg Volca beats/bass/keys and would like to know is it worth buying the 3 Volca family or just the Microkorg. I would just like to know what sort of gear would get me started with just simple beats which i could progress on. Thanks for your time. |

For someone who's just starting I would recommend buying a professional music software and a midi keyboard. Then build your studio from that. Extra VST instruments I recommend is the native instrument komplete.
Hope that helps. |

First of all, FL Studios 11 Producer Edition, it's pretty expensive, but here is the results I got (took me 4 hours to make)
