I am a big fan of Coco, Steel & Lovebomb who are a duo, contrary to what their name says. Very chilled but consistent.

I have two albums. "Music Has a Right to Children" and "Geogaddi" (not sure of the spelling). Im sure I bought another album but can't remember the title and not feeling like rummaging through my collection right now. I'm a fan. I love the classic feel I get from listening to them.

I put on Geogaddi again last night because I read this thread...fell asleep pretty quickly. Great album though, I'll have to play it again while conscious in the next week.
Freescha - similar style but have their own vibe. Head Warlock Double Stare is one of my favorites but is very gritty, while the 3 albums before it offer a more organic and clean sound like BoC. Tycho - Good but a little bit too similar to BoC, in my opinion. Bbut if that's what you're looking for I'd check him out. Really there are a ton of mellow IDM artists out there that could be recommende to a fan of BoC. But these two come to mind first.
