Default The Splash Band

I heard about this group for the first time a few weeks when I saw them listed on 100 Albums Every Science Fiction and Fantasy Fan Should Listen To: 11-30 (number 27). I've listened to and loved everything I've heard by them (which as far as I know is only one album and one single). I should probably also mentioned that all of their songs are pretty much synth-pop covers of songs from John Carpenter films. The prementioned list also exposed me to italo disco for the first time, and I'm digging a lot of what I've heard from that genre. Also their music is only available on vinyl and could be a bit hard to find online, but if anyone likes this PM me and I could point you in the right direction.

This is probably the best track from their album "The Music of John Carpenter"

This is a single they released.

Anyone else like this stuff?
