I have never delved, some great songs above though... Giorgio Moroder is a genius and my point of contact with Italo disco and all this prototype electronic stuff. For this track alone he should get a really, really big gold trophy of some sort, filled with chocolate. Perfect!:

Italo Disco, also called by some Spaghetti Dance. But the style was imitated throughout Europe. I remember this Spanish guy named Iván. In 1984 Fotonovela was a hit in many countries:
