Righeira: No tengo dinero ("I've Got No Money", 1983). Lyrics' translation here.

Is anyone still in this thread? Because i'm writing a journal that features disco/club songs from the late 70's and early 80's, and since I don't know very much about the scene, I could use a few pointers! From what I've heard so far, I like the Hi-NRG style quite a bit, especially when they find a way to sneak some rock and roll (guitars, drums, etc.) in there. Blondie is probably my favorite band from that scene and era, but they're a pretty easy band to like. So... got any recommendations for me?

Are you referring to American disco or Euro disco? Both are great, but i prefer the Euro...something like this what you are looking for? Songs are from 1980s
