Default Gonjasufi (produced by Flying Lotus and Gaslamp Killer)

I was just recommended to this not five minutes ago and I was so excited that I almost got a nose bleed.

I don't really know if this thread belongs in the electronica section, mods feel free to move it where you see appropriate.

Here are a couple of tracks from this guy Gonjasufi from his debut album A Sufi and a Killer. The first is produced by Flying Lotus and the second by Gaslamp Killer.

I would have been all over this when it came out due to the production but I just can't get into the guy's voice.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Yeah his voice is a bit tough to get into. But god, Flying Lotus AND Gaslamp Killer!

I'm on my second listen (it's only 24 minutes) and I am really reminded of Gorillaz' 2005 magnum opus Demon Days. There's a pretty big sound difference between this one and A Sufi and a Killer (2010), however I think most fans will appreciate the change.
