I couldn't find a thread about him so.. I appologise if theres an existing one.

I've been getting more into Deadmau5 (said just like Deadmouse) I don't have much stuff from him. But I find most of his songs on compilation albums. Anyways His latest stuff is the album "For Lack of a Better Name". I really like it. Any fans? Thoughts? :laughing:

I've yet to download Random Album Title. His stuff is scare on torrents, as before mostly only on compilations. But "Fot Lack of a Better Name" was easy to get ahold of.

Hopefully one day you'll get the chance too! He absolutely blew the place apart when I saw him and if I get the opportunity I would definitely go again.

I think I'm gonna shed a few tears at new year though. Ministry of Sound's lineup is immense! Steep ticket price though :(

Fuck that lineup is awesome. Like a few of my favourite artists are playing. That would be the best NYE like, ever.

Just downloaded Random Album Title and Ghosts 'N' Stuff, why is it that Get Scraped is the most expenisve yet, it isn't his newest material?? Defeats me.

One of the few artists I'll pay full price for their albums when they come out.

Been listening to For Lack of a Better Name a ton lately. The first 5 songs on that cd just kick my ass every time... and the second half of the cd isn't too bad either :)

Also, recently got the single cd for Attention Whore that he did with Melleefresh, on ebay. Good stuff!

Not a huge electronica etc fan but decided to go listen to Deadmau5 cuz I know Kayleigh loves this stuff so much xD

YOU'RE BACK! I thought you'd left :(. I think it all just depends, if you're not typically into Electronica, then I'm surprised you lasted at all, never mind hours. I find sometimes I get fed up, I ofcourse mostly listen to other stuff haha, but I find I'm in the mood for Deadmau5 alot lately. :)

Yeah it's pretty great. The 1st time I heard it I thought the vocals were sorta annoying, but they've grown on me alot, and now I think its one of his best tunes. Gets stuck in my head really easy.



Her vocals just fit that lyrics so well too.

Just heard this DnB remix of I Remember on a show. I guess it's not new or anything, but I thought it was pretty cool, so wanted to post it up here. It's alot faster paced than the original...like it alot. :)

An inspriation for someone like me, who wants to get into the music business someday. He performed at the olympics apparently, but I missed it because I can't stand the olympics. Still, great artist and im glad there's a thread about him.

deadmau5 is awesome, my brother started listening to him a lot and I couldn't understand how that kind of thing could hold your attention for a long time but I have learned!

Strobe is the stand-out track for me on For Lack..

My friend once referred to him as "Deadmau five". He was corrected rather swiftly and bluntly.
