I really dig deadmau5; he is definitely my favourite House producer. I'm missing Vexillology from his main albums, and I've only got At Play 3 and Project 56 from his other works.
I agree with some of the other comments; I don't think >ATGH< is as good as his other albums (although "Maths" live in Toronto was pretty cool). My favourite track of his right now is "Alone With You," and I'm currently working on a remix of it. My other favourites from each album are "Some Kind of Blue," "Soma," and "Cthulu Sleeps." I'm not sure if there has been discussion yet about his tattoos (24 pages is a lot to read through), but he has a Creeper (from Minecraft) and health-bar hearts (from the Legend of Zelda). I read a lot of cool stuff about him on TV Tropes a while back. |

I actually don't think there has been a discussion about his tattoos yet surprisingly.

Haha that is awesome!! I remember the game vaguely but I'm sure if I played it now it'd all come back to me!

I walked into a music store the other day, and was happy to hear "Brazil" by deadmau5 come on over the in-store radio-thing. So I was bopping along, when suddenly...
Lyrics. Some prick had the grand idea to grab a song by deadmau5, take out the cool delay-thingy and then add some pop lyrics sung by the next pop queen. It sickens me. I don't remember the name of the artist (and I'll hopefully never hear of her again) but the name of the song was "Happiness" and when I asked the store where I could get a copy (to burn [i.e. with fire]) they pointed to the "100 Pop Hits of 2012" 4-disc compilation. |

Many many people are able to produce on spot now, I know The Arches in Glasgow are hosting a night for some 16yr old YouTube sensation. It's not all that special anymore. Laidback Luke recreated a Swedish house mafia song by using only the pitch, or something similar.

Found out about Deadmau5 through Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance (an alternative rock band) cos of their collab song Professional Griefers, and I love him!! XD I was already really into electronic music, but ya know, this got me more into the whole scene of it. Awesome dude.
