MSTRKRFT concert
:pssst: I'm going to my first electronica show. YusYusYus!
So, what does one wear to these sort of shindigs? I ask because I generally dress pretty conservative, most of my clothes I buy so as to be able to wear them at work. I don't figure people will give a damn either way, but I don't want to feel out of place. |
Just wear whatever makes you comfortable.

I went to a MSTRKRFT concert back in March and it was BOMB. Definitely wear something you can sweat in because you'll be doing a whole lot of dancing. JFK and company are coming back to Houston later this month and for sure I'll be there dancing my face off.

oh man they're playing in new york tonight... so sad i'm not going :'(
|
Something comfortable and that you can sweat in.

you guys, i'm seeing them tonight and i can't wait!
|
Saw them last night with Crystal Castles - absolutely amazing.

Wear a bronze old school goalie mask like MSTRKRFT, or a t-shirt saying "I've been listening to since Death From Above 1979 was hot"...if you want to everyone to think you've got nothing better to do than make props for concerts. (I've actually seen this in person by the way.)
In all seriousness, if you don't want to feel out of place, as long as you don't normally feel out of place when you are around people who listen to this kind of music, just dress like you always do. |

Did you hear about Alice Glass' alleged freak out and ensuing tussle with security in Barcelona a couple years back? Apparently she punched one 'em. Celestica by them is easily my fave electro track right now. |
MSTRKRFT would be amazing to see. Anyone know of any tours that include the uk?!
|
MSTRKRFT would be amazing to see but i'd rather see Jesse play with Sebastian Grainger again. Death From Above 1979 is god tier
