it's only an hour long, which is slightly short for a set of what is basically dance music. And obviously when you're mixing and beatmatching you don't play the entire record

I've only heard afew dubstep tracks, so all i really know is that it's known for the "wobbler".

The closest thing I have to dubstep in my itunes library is DJ/ Rupture's uproot and I love it.

"I Gave You All My Love (Matt Shadetek's Gave You All My Dub Remix)" = SIIIIICK!!!!

Someone show me the ropes on some other **** like this

it's all about Bar 9, Nero, Benga, and Skream. although Distance's "Repercussions" will be a hard album to top for best album of 2k9

I would be so very grateful if someone could hook me up with Skream's self-titled album.

i'll root around and see if I can find something worthy you don't have, I don't think my dubstep album confidence has fully recovered after the disappointment of that Bug LP (should have been amazing)

I have been listening to alot of grime instrumentals old and new recently and asking the age-old question, what's the actual difference between the two? Not alot, dubstep is more like a slowed-down form of drum n' bass to me, and early grime was alot more minimalistic... but nowadays the two genres seem to be constantly overlapping.

I had fun looking for examples, yes I'm that busy. Grime or dubstep... all of these have been vocalled and I don't think the difference really matters, the two usually fit together very well in sets

i am really getting a handle on dubstep's evolution since 2003, and it's not necessarily good. Expect a mix or two soon. They'll be vinyl rips and various non-album tracks, which isn't difficult considering there are about 8 dubstep CD LPs of note. No Burial!!! :p
