LOOOOVE Dubstep! Rusko, Caspa, Benga and Kromestar to name a few I like. I got introduced to dubstep maybe 3 months ago and loving it since. If anyone knows of others that are good please by all means mention them. I had a huge stint of about 9 months where all I listened too was hardstyle and now finding myself solidly into dubstep.

Am I missing something, most of the people you mention were more metal then anything else. Maybe there is bands with the same name.. but if not they seemed metal orientated.

Yeah but it is quite obviously NOT Drum and Bass as only a cursory listen would show and Kode 9 is dubstep but then we have a different sound in the U.K.

Kode 9 for me seems meh for dubstep.. alot of their stuff doesnt sound like what I believe is dubstep

Is this American or British? That for me is far too dancey to be considered dubstep but once again-we have our definitive Dubstep sound but I'm not going to post a bunch more vid's to convince you. In the U.K they are considered Dubstep and considering the first vid is Benga who you quoted as liking seems a little odd to be then dismissing it. I was only offering recommendations and if they don't fit in with your ideal with what is dubstep then no worries.
