This is brutal. This is the worst type of electronic music. It's the crap made exclusivly for anime.

Ray Lynch - No Blue Thing... not really techno, more electro new age. But someone could easily set a beat to it and it would be the happiest techno song of all time! Also the techno version of Bastian's Happy Flight theme from Neverending Story gets an honorable mention.
