First off, all the Girl Talk hype came about last year, so calling him the most overhyped this year doesn't really fit. Bullshit like Dan Deacon and whatever is the worst anyway.

Besides, it's basically impossible to dance to unless you hear it live, and it's not like he's the first hipster to make a mash-up. 2 Many DJs, Party Ben, etc. have been doing it for years, it's not like Girl Talk just invented some new form of dance music.

And in terms of "dance music for hipster scum," this is really no worse than listening to Ed Banger Records or any of that. It's all the same kids listening to it pretending they know shit about EDM.
