Default Need some help with 80s remixes

Hi all,

I'm new to the forums here. I thought I'd open up with a question.
I'm looking for some good 80s remixes in a fairly recent electronic/dance style.
Here are a couple of examples:

Ferry Corsten - Fire (a remix of Duran Duran - Serious)
Tears For Fears - Closest Thing to Heaven (Solasso Club Mix)

I know that I have others but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

If anyone could give me a few that they feel are good then that would be awsome.

thanks in advance

there are loads of remixes for these tracks, search them on an mp3 store, or in a record store

rockers revenge -walking on sunshine(factor 30 club vocal)
" " " " " (Hott 22 Rhodes Revenge mix)

thats all i can think of right now....

Almighty have done some cool remixes of 80s tracks, for example their remix of Soft Cell - Tainted Love was great.

Probably better to avoid the current phase of mainstream remixes, for example the number of people (last count was three in a 6 month period) who've raped Waiting For A Star To Fall is worrying. Others include anything Eric Prydz has touched (Call On Me - Steve Winwood's Valerie; Proper Education - Pink Floyd's Another Brick In The Wall etc.), Uniting Nation's stuff etc.
