I think that the "Hold You Colour" LP was probably one of the most prominent selling drum and bass albums that came out ever. IT was ill, alot of sick tracks like "girl in fire" and "slam" but i didn't care for "Another Planet" a year or so back, im not into the clownstep.

They were phenomenal at Reading Festival and I got annihilated
it was the most chaotic set of the entire weekend and that's including Rage it was amazing YouTube - Pendulum - Crowd Shot (Reading Festival 2008) camera turns the right way after 22 seconds 1:02 is when it gets good

I like the first album although it is horrendously commercial. The less said about this years release 'In Silico' the better.

Have you heard of London Elektricity? As commercial as Pendulum but not quite as in your face. 'Billion Dollar Gravy' is a class DnB album (takes a little to kick in):

Hmm, from what I heard of their earlier stuff it didn't sound too bad, didn't really intrest me that much either. As for the newest stuff, to me it sounds kinda played out. There's some catchy hooks and stuff, but I just think they're a little boring. I've been hearing bad things about their live shows too.
Edit: That London Elektricity song is very nice. |
