Sugestions for a program?
Does anyone have any good sugestions for a program that will enable us(Flimmer a jazz/dr and bass band from sweden) to easely manage samples and loops in a live situation? We use them on recordings and in rehersal but havent been able to make it work sufitiantly in a live context. We have tried cubase and tractor. Preferably al loops have to be controled and acsesed by midi and we need a click in the drumers headset. Or if we are just doing something wrong with our current programs?

They only programs I have used are FL Studio and Cubase, and never in a live scenario, I'm afraid I cant help you. Have you tried just using a programmable sound board hooked up to a reciever, then looped through whatever your output is? Thats how I generally set up my simple DJing operation, its not quite the same, but its a shot in hell.
