Dance Lyric help (lyrics, dancing, hardcore, trance, genre)

About 7 or 8 years ago, there was a song that we used to hear in the club that had lyrics that sort of followed the pattern of the 6 days of creation... At one point, the music stops, and this booming voice shouts out "And why aren't you dancing?"

Does anyone have any idea what this was and who did it? My friend and I have been racking our brains trying to figure it out!
