Good to see them creating beefs to get publicity over twitter.

So all of a sudden everybody hates them? It's kind of funny because I've been gorging on Domo and Hodgy a lot the past couple of days.

Goofle 12-03-2011 05:18 PM

Never liked them all that much. Rather Gravediggaz, Kool Keith or The Goodie Mob personally.

To be fair, it isn't all that hard to find something to hate. Just reading through Tyler's twitter account, I started to lose some respect for him. He's kind of a dumbass. I love OF though, the music is dope and the lyrics don't bother me one bit. Golf Wang \m/

I honestly couldn't care less about what they're like off the mic. If their music's good (which it is) and they're making it, I think they're entitled to my money even if they're complete dickheads.

Goofle 12-04-2011 09:49 AM

I agree with you in that regard, just... I think their music is bog standard. So them being childish tossers just makes it worse.

Hodgy was killer on that, better than Tyler's verse for sure. Pusha T's always ill too.

Is this gonna be on Numbers, the new Mellohype joint?

DoctorSoft 12-04-2011 10:24 PM

Anyone else notice how much Hodgy has improved over the last year? Most of his verses on Bastard were pretty weak, and I always considered him to be pretty much the low point of the album, but I'll be damned, he's got some mad mic skillz now.

Imean compare this:

To this:

The difference is impressive.

Yeah, Hodgy's definitely come a long way. Even on Radical most of his tracks were fairly weak, but I think he's found his voice more in the last year or two.
