Tyler has stated before how much respect he has for Lil B as an artist, so it could be an homage to him.

and you might as well get mad at Wiz Khalifa for his Taylor Gang thing cause it and Wolf Gang both have "gang" in it. like, is it really necessary to get caught up with names in music?

i'm not sure i could ever get into this seriously, but i have to admit earl and domo have some decent verses every now and again, which coupled with their usually above-average beats makes for a catchy song.

seriously, as in I could never see myself fanning out over these guys or trying to convince anyone to listen to them. I recognize a very small portion of Earl's work as having merit, which understandable given that he's supposedly a 16 year old, but the majority of both Tyler and Earl's catalogue is poorly produced, poorly written, and poorly executed juvenile drivel that gets overhyped by any hipster who's heard, or most likely just heard of, them.

Gotcha. I personally dig their really raw, amateurish style, and I think that that's a major part of their appeal. But I can see how that's offputting.
