The things one reads on forums!

I remember reading that after he got banned from the site, he wanted to come back but wasn't allowed, but now that he's changed his bits and bobs about, he's hardly going to be the same person

Just wondering if the site's policy allows for somebody to come back, after changing their gender............ as they are a different person.
