I'm assuming Butthead was banned again?

Anyone know how many infraction points equal a ban?

I'm reasonably sure that 10 points before said points expire results in a ban, however, the infraction point system was not largely (and may still not be) in use, and incidents varied in their nature and were logged by other, more flexible means.
