How? Plenty of sixteen year old girls have all the physical attributes of grown women. I'm not as a rule attracted to them, but there's always that one. And why should that be odd? Also improper use of the term pedophile. Pedophiles are attracted to prepubescent children. Pederast would be the more accurate term.
*As in they
begin to take on sexually attractive traits, not that all of a sudden a thirteen year old becomes sexually attractive.
