Yea, such a world would be full of the sad character of individuals who give no consideration to putting effort into anything they aren't being graded on and directly benefiting from. Oh wait... Yea, that's already a thing. I guess we're not being Nazi enough!

Yeah because when you want to give someone advice/teach them something. Of course it is best to talk down to them, be sarcastic as possible and expect them to just shovel the shit that you are handing them.
