I miss those posts! He has a fairly similar music taste to mine in some respects, with metal, AOR and some prog rock, though he's vastly more knowledgeable about the first two, (I think I may have the edge on him with prog rock however) and is into a lot “heavier” heavy metal than I would be. His posts are always entertaining, always without exception intelligent and well thought out. I particularly enjoyed reading his views on Euro 2012 and the English team. He has introduced me to some great music, and I hope I've been able to return the favour.
Thanks for the kind words and by the way I know more about prog rock than you as well. Just because you know more about Phil Collins era Genesis, doesn't make you more knowledgeable than me But where you are far more knowledgeable than me, is on more modern stuff, I'm forever trying to get myself up-to-date. BTW I had last commented on your journal but you failed to respond (check back and you'll see) More and more you remind me of the mad professor who is dedicated to his work and experiments, hence you fail to notice some of trivial things in life. Here is the Trollheart in action.
