i'm just surprised neo didn't notice how lazy i usually am when typing my posts. he seems so in tune with everything i say and do, he should've known i wouldn't bother with the shift key. that seems like sloppy detective work to me, neo.
anyway, i'm out for the night. have to go to my colombian in law's new years party to make an ass out of myself after drinking too much tequila. i will make sure to come back to check this thread tomorrow or later tonight to get the forensic results. don't let me down, mods. |

i'm sure that's true but what made you say this? i didn't say anything specific about forensics, just used the term to keep my detective theme going.

and yea we did the 12 grapes thing. i didn't wish anything though. i couldn't come up with 12 if i wanted to. my brother in law was telling me about some of the other traditions they have like carrying empty luggage around the house 3 times to help with traveling that year, or burying a quarter and then digging it up at midnight to bring good fortune with money for that year. strange people. good dancers though. and god damn @ colombian women |

Blanco is like Sambuca but stronger(I think). I've never had any coconut stuff, sounds good though. I only know about the grape thing, we didn't do any other celebrations. Those are some funny traditions.
They usually get a whole pig, cow tongue, blood sausage, and her mom makes tamales which are amazing. I wish I could have gone this year, it's always a blast. |
