Even if it was one sided and FD is shouting the insults, he as a mod should still be told to take it to PM if it got to insulting behavior. But as he says, in this thread that's allowed. I recall many people getting in trouble, even banned, for such behavior. If not, FD is using his modship as some sort of high horse and is making it look like mods are allowed more leniency.

Some people did see it as a useless insult. That's what all the drama is about.

Sometimes how you feel is a personal attack rather people want to admit it or not.
