That's good news because we have these chocolate croissants in the bakery at work and I felt so bad after I ate 2 the other day. The are just soo damn good though.

Why would you feel bad? Don't tell me you're one of those guilty eaters. The ones they make diet junk food commercials for, where the announcer calls the food "decadent", and then the actor puts on this face like they're thinking of taking it in the ass and aren't quite embarrassed about it.

Nah, man lol. Just trying to lose weight. I try to eat in moderation though. I didn't actually feel bad it was more of an expression than an actual emotion. I know I shouldn't have ate both but I did it anyway.

Honestly, go vegetarian for 2 weeks, and only cheat with fish if you have to. You're going to be about 40 times better.

Funny you say that. I actually went vegetarian about 2 months ago with the exception of eggs and it's been easy. I have cheated a few times but I don't care. Also, cut out soda. I've lost about 7 pounds and haven't changed anything other than my diet. The biggest issue is the late night binge eating after not eating during the day with work and all/munchies.

When I hurt my back they said my BP was slightly high so I wanted to get a jump on things (this is the first time it wasn't normal). I've had a gamers diet for years so I kind of expected it.

I lost weight through diet pills, have you tried those Dwn?

i used a brand called "Hidroxy-cut" and had a diet of 2 Ramen individual packs per day and i lost alot of weight REALLY fast.

That is the exact opposite of my goal. I want to lose weight and adopt a healthy life style. The numbers mean very little if your not any healthier. I very rarely take medication so the idea of using a weight-loss supplement is definitely not something I am willing to do, but thanks for your insight. It's actually cool to know that the option is there for people willing, I've always assumed that **** was a scam.

Maybe you lost a lot of weight just because you were eating only two packs of ramen a day. Ethiopian children eat better than that.
