Not really, it's not an acronym

but I totally use that too, it's slipped into my lexicon
although usually its "Nah. I cannot. Nope, I cannot even. just...NOPE"

To be fair, if people have to use Urban Dictionary to read your posts you're not really communicating effectively, which kind of takes the point out of being succinct.

I use it too and find it to be quite comical in many situations.

Someone says something stupid? By far the best way to get out of the situation is to just throw your hands up and give them an "I just can't right now" and walk away.
