Its a Cthulhu reference (Sleeping at Rl'yeh) with howards name in the middle. No idea what he's getting at.

I believe that it's supposed to about raising Cthulhu from his slumber, so it's a goofy way of wishing Howard was back with us.

Ok thanks for that. I read the odd Lovecraft book but I'm no scholar, or particular fan, of Cthulu. Thought my eyes were going funny...!

I'm quite fond of Lovecraft and a big fan of his Cthulhu mythos :)

Just bought this baby a month or two back so I'm currently reading up on all those short stories I've missed earlier.
