The IP tracer tells us if it's a proxy server or not. And even if it didn't you'd still be able to tell. And it would still be all from the same location.

And even so he wouldn't be on one all the time if he's using different hotels or internet cafe's.

i thought a proxy would just give ITS addy
(or maybe assign an untraceable variable/revolving addy)
and that always looking like it was coming from the same place was one of the benefits
in that your movements couldn't be tracked

sort of like a firewall to keep your IP addy private

so what ARE they good for???
