Fripps writings (diaries) will bore you to tears but his guitar work is phenomenal. Check out sailors tale on the live at the orpheum cd. You have to turn it up loud because it was mastered very quietly. Fripp is awesome but a total bore and disrespects all comers. If he wasn’t such a great guitarist he’d probably be working the counter at a used book store or selling oven gloves door to door.
