Nope they are taking so many extra precautions to make sure no big shit storms happen.

They picked the lightest charge out of the three possible ones they could have gotten him for. It's definitely just performative at this point and he'll pay a fine.

I also believe it stops him from being able to run in 2024 but I have to double check that to make sure.
