Alright friends, back to the topic at hand. So what's everyone's thoughts about Biden offering the latest round of military aid? I heard somewhere (but can't find it) that he may send Americans to fight for Ukraine?

I can't imagine so. He's been VERY careful to keep America out of direct involvement in the war, as he knows China are like a big cat watching the mousehole, and once those mice start coming out... game over. I'd be amazed if he intervened and if he does then if we all survive the Dems deserve to lose every American election forever.

I mean Americans and Russians have killed each other in Syria and Korea without ending the world but no I don't see the proxy war turning into a direct war. That would be hella dumb.

It's all about who's got the most drones. And 16 v 1? Doesn't Russia have Belarus on their side? They knew what they were getting into when they started this whole thing.

They're supposed to be passing a bill soon for ~$40 billion in military aid to Ukraine right? At first glance, it seems like an exorbitant amount of money. But, on deeper reflection, if we manage to embarass and take our second bigggest military rival off the world stage with the financial quagmire they'll be in the longer they stick around, is it worth the price? Maybe. Granted, if Russia loses, I'm sure the U.S. taxpayer will be assisting in rebuilding Ukraine - so there is that.
