And now she's bashing Biden while simultaneously not advocating for people and companies that are actually doing something good about the issues she's so passionate about. Lol those "goofballs" have clearly made more of an impact than she has. The problem is that getting rid of plastic in the oceans is boring and uninteresting to the media, even if what they are doing makes more of an impact than a highly marketable autist ranting at government leaders to lower emissions....when they already are either in the process of doing so or are aware of it and won't do anything anyway. Her platform would actually serve a purpose of some kind if she advocated for investment or action with people who had the tech or science to do something about the problem.

The problem is that some scammer tech capitalist selling a solution to plastic pollution that doesn't involve changing consumption is just selling useless feel good bull**** that encourages a philosophy of innovation giving easy solutions to problems that don't have easy solutions and actually require a change in consumption.

There are no "easy" solutions...just practical ones, some of which likely don't get the funding or attention they deserve. Also, I looked into the two guys referenced in the meme and their respective solutions worked out in the real world. Governments should be paying attention to them.
