I don't see Biden stacking the court with anyone who supports anything good besides abortion.

Well don’t shoot the messenger.

Police departments aren’t like school districts where the federal government can just start making rules they’re going to follow. They’re not under federal jurisdiction unless their policies are challenged through legal channels.

I get the idea of withholding federal funding or subsidies as a kind of extortion to get the wanted results but that’s just going to end up in an angry cluster**** and inefficient bureaucratic oversight.
