So what's happening, I lost track, are there any more legal or other avenues for Trump to remain president, is he still fighting? Can we crack open the champagne or should we wait for the inauguration?

He's trying to egg on a revolt.

His die hards that aren't coping so well have been threatening it for a while but they keep moving the goal posts on at what point that should happen.
