OK, it's from CNN, so some anti-Trump bias I'm sure, but the titles of today's main stories explain why I'm pretty optimistic about Trump's plans imploding:-

Quote:
>More Republicans are losing patience with Trump's legal absurdities
>Analysis: Trump has left the world stage. Few will miss him
>[Republican] Governor invokes dad's stand against Nixon, calls out GOP
>'Absolutely shameful': Schiff condemns Trump's golf outing
>Analysis: Trump's attempt to steal the election unravels
>Trump's claims are a joke, but judges aren't laughing
Also hoping that public disgust with the GOP will lead to the Dems winning those 2 Senate run-offs in January, but after McConnell and L Graham got re-elected, I'm not optimistic about that happening.

@ Trollheart: Sorry Trollheart, but I also read "The Who" and had to go back and re-read.

Just read a few articles that were talking about how Trump cut Sidney Powell from his legal team because he thought she sounded "like a conspiracy nut" during that press conference with Giuliani. And that's quite something coming from the Trumpster.

Agreed. It's a little like Hitler dismissing Goebbels because he's too fascist innit?

Piggy finally squeals...

First on CNN: GSA tells Biden that transition can formally begin
The General Services Administration has informed President-elect Joe Biden that the Trump administration is ready to begin the formal transition process, according to a letter from Administrator Emily Murphy sent Monday afternoon and obtained by CNN.

The letter is the first step the administration has taken to acknowledge President Donald Trump's defeat, more than two weeks after Biden was declared the winner in the election.

I mean the hardcore Trunpers are still gonna be hardcore right wingers and most of them are probably hardcore cause they see no way forward with this government the same as you so it's silly to see their despair as a positive cause with the way things are going they're just gonna become even more pilled and you're gonna have to worry about them being a part of or supportive of the far right as it continues to evolve as an ever more dangerous group.

Yeah, I'll concede that "some" should only be used for a quantity up to and including 95%; by 99% I really should be changing to "quite a lot of".

Sorry, Neapolitan, this is again from CNN, but stuck out to me in an article about Biden's cabinet picks:
