Those are all douchebag things to do imo, and I hope that starting in January, some of that may be undone. In the meantime I think adidasss is right: 74 million US citizens have said they don't want to be douchebags anymore.

I know to follow the money rather than trusting old guys with money to do the right thing. If the Democratic Party is getting Chamber of Commerce money now then the people they're lobbying for (big business) are probably going to get the better end of the stick.

Stupidity obviously. The idea of the legislature taking back power when they're already comfortable letting the judiciary handle their lawmaking responsibility so they can scare people into voting for them over judicial appointments is pretty dumb.

He will probably continue the Obama era legacy in that regard.
Which was hardly lax on executive action And it's a mistake to think it's wise to try to rewind the clocks and restore congressional power Congress is increasingly defunct and deferring power to the executive and judicial branches That's not gonna change **** the system. **** the 3 branches. **** democracy. Pack the courts and sign executive orders. Power is all that matters. |

Well, there was a take-back of power after Watergate. There's a lot of things Trump did because it wasn't illegal that we all thought it was an accepted norm. The pardons, the kids serving as whatever job they had. Things like that.

I was listening to something earlier that said the muslim ban, and the detention centers were going out immediately. I thought there was something else but I don't recall. |
