I do know that being able to file a federal lawsuit and getting a hearing in a single day after business hours is preferential treatment

That is not business as normal

I know I’m probably mostly alone on this opinion but I think that speech Trump just gave is probably going to keep him in power. He’s playing so many angles and only one has to pan out. He’s got like a dozen arguments that any losing candidate could make but it puts him in the position of a field goal kicker who gets multiple tries and winning the election is just one of them.

Every argument he has is idiotic and absurd but he only needs one sympathetic judge. People might disagree with me but once it’s in the courts he almost can’t lose. Justice is entirely irrelevant.

The people need to be ready for war.
