Really I’m not at all exaggerating. The schools are gross as ****. The hospitals suck. The cities are ridiculously dangerous. There are homeless everywhere. The police are criminals. Third world countries have it much better. Life here is awful. The culture is dead and heartless.

Most of the people who are voting for Trump again are likely doing so because they think Biden is going to **** their bottom line, and they probably aren't wrong. Throw in issues like abortion and it really isn't that hard to understand why they'd vote in Trump again even if he's toxic.

Raising corporate taxes would hurt them in the long run, as would reinstating the individual mandate (both part of Biden's plan).

That being said, it would be good if he started aggressively going after that top 1% of households. It's not as good as the guillotine, but it does hurt the rich in a way that would help at the community level.

I'm not sure how it works in the US, but normally, if you're employed by someone, like I assume most people in the US are, the taxes on your salary are paid by the employer (i.e. capitalist pig). I am wholly ignorant about taxes granted, but, anyone mind simplifying the concern of the poor here? Unless the poor are mostly entrepreneurs. If the taxes on your income are increased, the capitalist pigs will reduce your salary? I'm dumb and don't get it.
