The only thing any test proves is how good you are at taking that test

In my case it was 130

Like, you've strawmanned, poisoned the well, falsely pointed out a contradiction that doesn't exist and continuously insult me because you either don't like or don't get my point.

yeh I was just saying

I don't actually believe that the people who score low have a much higher capacity. At least not relevant to their population.

Maybe not. There's not enough research on how motivation can alter these kinds of results.

However, there is evidence that with proper training you can bring people out of completely different IQ brackets. Such as bringing a low IQ person into the average IQ bracket. Not a lot of research on that too, so who's to say that you couldn't prove that people do have the same capacity outside of brain damage.

The article you citef speed people rising up to 12 points. That's a sizable difference, yes. It's not even nearly the difference between a gifted and a normal person.

Misrepresenting my point to make it seem I think low IQ people are more susceptible to bribe than high IQ people. Strawman.

Saying that I'm just to stupid to understand and claiming that elph only believes the theory to back up his beliefs that everybody is the same is poisoning the well.

Saying I contradicted myself with out saying how.

Calling me stupid or saying I don't know how not to be a juggalo [homophobic slur] is insulting.

I don't think so either, but I'd be interested in a study on it that's more conclusive

I just have a problem with a linear view of intelligence

it seems that it's unlikely to be short vs. tall and more like we all have different body types

indeed we are snowflakes

otherwise everyone under a certain IQ ought to just qualify to live on disability

why is that, though?

I feel like we're just extra self conscious about Intelligence cause it supposedly defines us

We have no problem ranking people based on athletic ability, for example.

I never cited an article about training the brain to do better on IQ tests.

Because there are autistic people that are really good at math.
