It's neither here nor there, he probably is smarter than me in a lot of ways tbh, but his ideas are largely overly vague unscientific assertions that don't stand up to scrutiny.

I didn't do the test from the meme.

I don't know about a collective unconsciousness or a psychic connection, but transgenerational trauma does kind of give credence to the idea that we inherit subconscious aspects and instincts from our ancestors.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

It's called "DNA". Trauma and addiction can create epigenetic changes to DNA that can be passed off to the offspring.

Well no **** it's called DNA.

So you concede that we do inherit subconscious traits effected by the lives and experiences of our ancestors. I think that's the fundamental idea behind what Jung and Mind are trying to say, just with a mystical presentation to make it feel 'magical'.

I concede the limited possibility, not its prevalence.

I'd also say that such presentation invalidates the point in ambiguity.

Some water naturally has fluoride. Some water naturally has parasites that cause dysentery. Some water has neither.

I like how Anteater outed himself as a Coast-to-Coast nutter and is just like "**** ya'll, they're coming for us".
