i heard about the reset in thoughts, i might do it after my work out since im actually doing ab exercises now. so when im down on the floor ill just lay down,ill be happy im finished and then pray and meditate then.

I lay down in the shower every morning and do 20 minutes of irest meditation to kick the day off. I feel like its been helpful, but sometimes I dont wanna get up when its over.

I listen to the same thing everyday and after the first 8 minutes or some it turns into a bunch of dumb sounding ****, but it helps me relax so idc.

i enjoy the shower for 3 songs and then get out

i use irish spring since im irish

i have a 4 leaf clover tattooed on my arm and the soap logo reminds me of my first tat
