It's not talking about wavelengths. Even if it did, is the photo saying that thinking positively will turn your infrared to gamma rays or...?

Pretty sure that it means something like this


And that's dumb. Skip the hokey spiritual justifications, what'll actually help you is learning about mental health for these kinds of things.
