I was speaking from a purely from the view of the process, which was crazy and hectic. I wasn't talking about the effect it had on Kavanaugh. The appointment process was chaotic. Are you disputing that?

I feel like almost everyone else underestimates how horrible democracy is

I am. They sat around in a very orderly manner and talked. Then they calmly took a vote.
