They tried to hook me up with a new therapist but the bill for each session was hundreds of dollars and I'm like, nah. If I do therapy I'm going with the $70 an hour one that I like and established already.

I don't remember how expensive the psychiatrist was but I do need to set up an appointment so I can get refills or make sure the pills actually work.

In my case I'll take ANY therapist. It's been 18mos of being pawned off and that doesn't sit well with my fear of abandonment.

How useful is a resource like this one for therapy? I have a friend with substance dependence issues but he doesn't want to deal with a traditional therapist under the current economic conditions.

I have a phone interview tomorrow with my old doctor. Gunna see if a small script of Xanax or something can be got because I need it sometimes. Otherwise I have just been taking my CBD pills. Ordered another 100 from my friend the other day.

Would you want some CBD? I can probably get my friend to mail you some if you have the monies to buy em.

My advice is call the local Narcotics Anonymous, see if they’re doing any kind online or physical distancing meetings, meet some people, get a sponsor, and work the program.
