Official Mental Health Thread

OK well I'm currently on Latuda (40mg) and Lexapro (20mg) as of late December of 2019. I go to the terrible useless mental health clinic in my city. The doctor I wound up with is perfectly competent though I definitely don't love her. I wish someone would just give me Klonopin. Latuda was wonderful up until exactly one week ago when it abruptly just stopped working..? Not completely but, like, half-way. My delusional obsessive thought loops are back again (which is what the Latuda completely fixed when I first got on it-- I felt calm and peaceful for literally the first time in my entire life. I cried out of gratitude and disbelief a number of times.)

I don't think Lexapro is doing a whole lot either anymore. Next appointment is this Friday.

I'm just terrified that the Latuda will stop working completely.. leaving me alone with my Hell Brain.. If it does, they're going to put me on a different anti-psychotic, and I'm worried about things like weight gain and/or developing akathisia.. (I got a little taste of akathisia during my first few weeks of the Latuda and it was AWFUL. Like having eels under your skin.)

edit: I seem to have this sort of Nighttime Idiot disease where I find it appropriate to overshare between the hours of 10 pm and 3 am about any given embarrassing ordeal currently happening in my life. I'm very charitable like that.
