With most of us being dudes covering trauma with cavalier humor you kind of have to treat it like a night out with the boys shellac'ing each other like siblings tricking each other into drinking pee. The assumed/false intimacy of the internet only makes it more intense.

That's true, but:
-you could keep that kind of interaction for the people who are into it
-as I said, you can use humour and banter without being hurtful

I think we generally do. I mean if it's me, elph, and OH posting here we're *******s who **** on each other cause we're the depressive but cavalier nihilists of the forum but we generally keep that between us. It's just that we tend to post a lot here cause we're crazy, attention seeking weirdos with an apocalyptic view of our futures. WWWP does not catch a tenth of that fire.

That's the reason that I'm mostly fine with whatever goes on in this thread. But I think Elph himself said that some of the recent jokes actually hurt, and you just demonstrated yourself that you do go too far in your jokes towards WWWP. Whether other people get more **** or not is irrelevant
